I had it blown out once and it was awful. It have time to go back and get them fixed. Also, as far as pedicures go, what is included as there basic pedicure is honestly monkore then a polish change includes some basic nail grooming and painting at a hefty price. As far as hair. I was so disappointed and frustrated as I was going away and did. By Tuesday, February 26th before 2:30 pm my nails were already chipped. I recently, February 24th had my nails done at 2:30pm on a Sunday. When I’ve gone to local Asian nail salons my gel mani will last 3 weeks and look perfect minus the grow out. I’ve either had the nail finish itself turn out poorly or the supposed “gel” manicure chip after less then 48 hours. Despite a few visits to the salon where I had multiple things done the nails have consistently disappointed. If nails or hair is your thing though I’d go elsewhere. Facials, massages, body wraps, ear coning, all great. If you want a great spa service then this is the place to go. ![]() I’ve had a few and for the prices I’m not wowed anymore. I don’t think I’ll be coming back which is a disappointment because it used to be my favorite place to treat myself. I had to go buy a $70 serum in hopes I can get them to come back in the same. I declined the tint but I am horrified at my eyebrows. The manager looked at my eyes brows, offered to tint them, and took it off my total. I legit just wanted to relax- I don’t want to be sold a products for 1.5 hours. I take extremely good care of my skin and am constantly doing research. The entire time she kept trying to sell me products and talked to my about my skincare- I am a skincare junkie. Legit came out with Christina Aguilera eyebrows circa 2003. I started with an eyebrow wax- I told her to keep the shape and just clean up the brow- she practically removed my eyebrow. Unfortunately, my facial was not the same. Let’s start with the good- Debbie gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and I was able to fully relax. I went this past Saturday for a facial and a massage. Between the inconsistency on pricing, offering appointments they can’t keep and not being available to answer emails they sent, I just think there are so many better salons out there.Update: they had a nice response to this review below but never actually reached out to me as promised, which seems in line with how they do business. I didn’t hear back for hours and ended up going somewhere else. I emailed back that I could come in earlier but was disappointed as I had already planned my day. This has happened every single I’ve booked an appointment with them. ![]() 24 hours later I get an email saying they can’t do the service at that time because there isn’t enough time and want me to come in earlier. Put in the service I wanted and selected a timeframe that they offered. I was going to give them another chance and booked an appointment yesterday via the website. I made an appointment with a junior stylist and got less extensive work done, and the price was $100 more than the last time and I was not told the price until the end (I probably should’ve asked but I just assumed it would be similar/less than 6 weeks before). When it was time to go back I wasn’t able to get an appointment with Jill as she wasn’t available on my only day off. She told me the price up front before she started and my hair came out awesome. Was starting the process of going from brunette to blonde and spent several hours in her chair. I went here for the first time at the beginning of the year and had a great experience with Jill.
